Craster to Low Newton via Dunstanburgh Castle

We wanted to walk to Dunstanburgh castle, but carried on for a bit, going from Craster all the way to Low Newton and back.  Unwittingly we had followed a route I found later on the National Trust web site (actually we did it as a figure of 8 rather than the long winding oval they suggest).

The Route

Craster
Talking towards Dunstanburgh Castle
The imposing entrance
It's large !  Val's still inside the Castle walls.
The north tower, with the Golf Course in the background
An ice cream by the Golf Course
Low Newton
