Fitting it all in amongst exploring the town and abbey wasn't easy, so we didn't quite manage to explore every beach I'd hoped, but over three walks during the day, we reached the southernmost point, (very nearly) the northernmost point, as well as the highest point on Iona.

Our 3rd Walk - to the North point of the island. |

Walk 1 : To the South
We set off about 10am, messed about at St Columba's Bat for about half an hour, before returning back the way we came.
Walk 2 : Up Dun I, the highest point
After a rest (and a little shopping !) we didn't have time to do both the highest point and the northerly point as the official walks suggested. So before our evening meal, we popped out to climb to the top !
Walk 3 : To the north
This was a hurried walk in poor light, so not many pictures.
All step figures from Val's Pedometer as I'd left mine at home !
Estimated steps for Iona South : 10,147
Estimated steps for Iona High : 2,933
Estimated steps for Iona North : 5,396
Total Steps all day : 24,115
